 Tennis and Life Camp Instructor (Summer 2026) Tennis and Life Description Tennis & Life Camps (TLC) was founded by Steve and Barb Wilkinson in 1977. The mission of TLC is to transform tennis and life through the Three Crowns, Positive Attitude, Full Effort, Good Sportsmanship. TLC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit subsidiary of Gustavus Adolphus College, which is a private liberal arts college in Saint Peter, Minn., that prepares approximately 1,800 undergraduates for lives of leadership, service, and lifelong learning. JOB SUMMARY: Tennis & Life Camps, which hosts overnight camps for both children and adults, is seeking energetic, accountable, and enthusiastic Educational Coaches to provide a safe and memorable experience for our campers. The Educational Coach will be responsible for providing on-court tennis instruction, participating in off-court activities, and will be assigned to dorm counsel on a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping and empowering others, tennis knowledge and playing experience, and the ability to work with both children and adults. Applicants should be patient, a positive role model, responsible, and willing to commit to TLC's Three Crowns Philosophy. *Starting salary: The first-year staff starting salary is $4,900 + dorm counseling stipend + room and board. On campus apartment housing and meals in the Gustavus Dining Service are provided. This position is considered part-time (summer/seasonal) and non-benefits eligible. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
