| The University of Iowa, College of Dentistry is conducting a search for the Department Executive Officer (DEO)/Chair for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS). This is a full-time clinical or tenure-track faculty position at the full Professor level. This position reports to the Dean of the College of Dentistry w/additional accountability to the CEO of UI Healthcare (UIHC). The successful candidate will oversee multiple units across two divisions - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the College of Dentistry and Hospital Dentistry (OMFS/Max Prosth) at UIHC, requiring expertise in managing separate budgets, faculty/staff, and accreditation processes.
