Required Qualifications: Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in analytics or a closely related field (e.g., information systems, business analytics, operations management, management science, operations research, data science, computer science, statistics, etc.) from an accredited institution. At least three years of experience as a tenure-track assistant professor or a higher rank in analytics or a relevant field. A proven track record of active research showing the ability to publish high-quality research in premier business journals. Proficiency in emerging methodologies, specifically including AI and their applications to business and management. An excellent teaching record in analytics-related courses, at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates qualified for appointment at the Associate Professor level (with tenure), with a demonstrated record of sustained research productivity and teaching excellence. An outstanding track record and/or strong potential to publish in prestigious FT-50 OM/IS journals (e.g., Management Science, Operations Research, MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, etc.), and/or in leading journals across different disciplines such as finance, accounting, or marketing. Advanced expertise in AI, machine learning, large language models, and their innovative applications in business and management. Experience teaching in different formats (e.g., in-person, online, and hybrid), at the undergraduate and/or MBA/MS levels, in areas such as information systems, operations management, database, business statistics, data mining, and machine learning. Demonstrated ability and/or strong potential to secure external funding for research and/or educational programs.
