What will you be doing: The Transplant Data Coordinator is responsible for generating and analyzing reports on patient treatments and outcomes, responding to information requests, and working on projects to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. The Transplant Data Coordinator oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of a database that supports data collection for various purposes, including quality improvement, research, regulatory compliance, and patient care. The Transplant Data Coordinator manages clinical data, generates reports, and presents findings to support planning and strategy development. The Transplant Data Coordinator works with a diverse group of personnel, manages high volumes of work, and ensures data quality and compliance with regulations.
QualificationsExperience Requirements: Two (2) plus years of experience in clinical data management, preferably in a healthcare or hematology/transplant setting. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records; oncology or BMT terminology preferred.
Educational/Certification Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in business, healthcare administration or related area.
