SCHOOL/UNIT DESCRIPTION:Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC), within the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI), is one of the nation's leading research centers devoted to addressing the most pressing international security problems. POSITION SUMMARY:CISAC is seeking an experienced Finance and Research Administration Manager to oversee the Center's financial and grants portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director for Administration and Finance, this role manages all aspects of CISAC's financial operations and research administration activities. The Finance and Research Administration Manager is responsible for contributing to budget development and forecasts for the Center, ensuring compliance with university policies and external regulations, and applying financial best practices to support strategic decision-making. The position also oversees the preparation of budgets for grant proposals and manages post-award financial reporting for grants, contracts, program projects, and federal awards.

Onsite/Hybrid:The expected pay range for this position is $100,653 to $116,979 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities, relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, performance; as well as other business and organization needs such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the minimum qualifications, departmental budget availability, and market and internal equity across the unit, department and reporting relationships.
