![]() Enterprise Systems Support and Reporting Analyst SUNY Empire is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Systems Support and Reporting Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This position will provide critical support for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our enterprise systems, including Banner, Banner Document Management, Argos, and Laserfiche. The successful candidate will also play a key role in developing and maintaining institutional reports using Argos to support data-driven decision making. Primary responsibilities include:

Additional Information: Rank/Salary: Programmer-Analyst, SL2 / $60,000-$65,000, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
