| Public Utilities Commission JC-499076 Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst I $4,632.00 - $7,553.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 12/24/2025 Under the supervision of the Program and Project Supervisor of the Water Branch, the incumbent is responsible for representing ratepayer interests on issues pertaining to the appropriate revenue requirement and rates associated with CPUC-regulated Class A Water Utilities in General Rate Cases and other rate setting cases. The incumbent’s primary assignments are analyzing utility proposals, examining utility accounting practices and recorded costs, forecasting data, and making appropriate recommendations. The incumbent will conduct research, write reports, testify in CPUC proceedings, coordinate with project teams, may assist in presentations with the direction of higher-level staff, and perform other job-related work as required.
