| Job description: About Independence Academy Independence Academy is a fully accredited, non-profit, private school located in Indianapolis, Indiana, serving autistic students in grades 3 through 12. We seek a dedicated Business Manager to oversee our financial, operational, and fundraising activities to ensure the school's continued success and sustainability.
Position Summary The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health, operational efficiency, and advancement efforts of Independence Academy. This role requires strong skills in accounting, budgeting, facilities management, and fundraising. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational oversight to support the school’s long-term goals.
