| Location: West Barnstable, MA Category: Faculty Positions Posted On: Tue Nov 18 2025 Job Description: GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Nursing Lab Faculty Member and Coordinator provides instructional leadership and operational management of the College's Nursing laboratories. This position ensures the effective delivery of nursing laboratory courses, maintains a safe and innovative learning environment, and supports student learning through simulation, lab practice, and technology-enhanced instruction. The position balances teaching responsibilities with coordination duties in alignment with 37.5 hours weekly: teaching and student contact will account for 25.5 hours weekly; lab coordination, administration, and planning will account for 12 hours weekly. This is an in-person position Monday through Friday during the academic year. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Instructional and Faculty Responsibilities (25.5 hours, 70% of workload):

Additional Information: COMPENSATION: Full-time, tenure-track, MCCC Unit position. Anticipated annual salary range of $85,195 - $102,600. Actual salary will be commensurate with education, qualifications, and experience and consistent with the MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Position also includes participation in a comprehensive employee benefits program, including option to participate in the Massachusetts Employee State Retirement System.
