| Position Details Approximate Start/End Date: December 2025 - June 30, 2026 (appointment renewal/extension is dependant on continued receipt of grant funding) Appointment Type: Full-time, fixed-term grant-funded position Work Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Hybrid or remote, with occasional in-person meetings at NYU as needed Position Summary HIGN at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Project Manager to support the implementation and coordination of a portfolio of innovative, multi-site initiatives focusing on aging and serious illness in community-based and long-term care. The successful candidate will work with the PI, Project Director, faculty investigators, national and community partners to achieve program objectives. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in long-term care, aging services, healthcare project management, or research project coordination. In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the budgeted salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Required Education: Bachelor?s Degree
Preferred Education: Master?s degree in nursing, gerontology, healthcare administration, social work, public health, public policy, or a related field.
Required Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in program or project management, preferably in long-term care, aging services, or health care, and experience in conducting human subjects research.
