We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to serve as the senior financial leader for Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital, a CommonSpirit Health-managed affiliate nestled in Burlington, Colorado. As a vital member of the hospital's senior management team, the CFO will drive financial performance, provide insightful analysis, and offer essential operational support across the organization. This executive establishes and champions the financial policies and procedures that govern the hospital, holding ultimate accountability for all accounting and finance functions. Reporting directly to the Hospital CEO, this role also maintains a critical matrix reporting relationship with CommonSpirit Health’s Mountain Region VP of Rural Health.

Employer will assist with relocation costs.
