Job SummaryReporting to the Associate Registrar, the Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Records plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of student academic records while overseeing the graduation clearance process. This position is responsible for degree auditing, verifying the completion of degree requirements, coordinating degree conferral, and guiding students, faculty, and staff on graduation procedures and policies. Additionally, the role involves supervising staff, managing academic records, generating reports on graduation and degree completion metrics, and supporting the university's commencement ceremonies.
