Primary responsibilities revolve around the cultivation and stewardship of Cougar Club annual scholarship fund donors, including the coordination of Premium Seating programs, Donor Hospitality, and other donor benefits. | | Minimum Requirements | Bachelor’s degree and related experience required. Master’s preferred. Experience in collegiate athletics development or other non-profit or university fundraising, or sales, preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply. | | Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Must have current knowledge of NCAA Athletics and athletic fundraising strategies. Must be highly skilled in developing long-term, productive relationships with members, potential donors and the public. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy with Word, Excel, Raisers’ Edge, and Social Media. | | Additional Comments Regarding Position | Attendance at all home men’s basketball games as well as selected games/competitions of other athletic teams throughout the year is required.
