Office Coordinator

Alton Memorial has an opportunity for an Office Coordinator!  

• PRN (as needed)
• Non-Benefits eligible
• 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Duties include: Checking departmetnt schedules, Patient reminder calls, transporting patients and other duties in the Radiology department

Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more.

Role Purpose

Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the department(s) as assigned. These functions may include, but not be limited to: business, operations, clerical, patient billing and accounting functions, medical records management, reception, and patient scheduling. May supervise other office personnel.
