JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Riverwalk has an immediate opening for an experienced Assistant Community Manager! The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in our success.At Riverwalk, discover modern architectural design and convenience in a collection of mid-rise, controlled-access buildings. The community offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments, along with extraordinary two and three-bedroom loft apartments. Set on Goodpasture Island between the Willamette River and Delta Ponds Wetlands, residents enjoy easy access to arterial roads, the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail System, downtown Eugene, and Valley River Center Mall. Supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community. Essential Responsibilities: ⢠Completes the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits and reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and processing invoices and payables. #LI-EM The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $25.25. Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
