Are you looking for hands-on, real-world experience in property valuation? Cushman & Wakefield is offering an exciting 12-month placement for an enthusiastic student to join our Commercial Valuation Team, specialising in industrial, retail, and office properties across the North of England.

Based in Leeds or Manchester, youâ™ll work alongside an experienced team of professionals, gaining exposure to the valuation process for a variety of purposes including loan security, accounting, and management.

What Youâ™ll Be Doing

• Join qualified surveyors on property inspections.
• Conduct market research and analyse comparable evidence.
• Assist in drafting valuation reports in line with the RICS Red Book.
• Learn to use industry-leading software such as Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.

What Weâ™re Looking For

• A team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent written and numerical ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends.
• A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.
