| Work Status Details: REGULAR FULL TIME | 80.00 Hours Every Two Weeks Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates. Summary: Responsibilities: Application & Systems Oversight: Oversee the lifecycle management of internal and third-party applications, including implementation, configuration, upgrades, integrations, and decommissioning. Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability across the application portfolio. Develop and maintain documentation for application architecture, configurations, and integrations. Coordinate system testing, change control, and release management processes. Partner with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant application environments. Vendor & Contract Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and application partners. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal support and value. Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed to maintain operational continuity. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendor solutions to support strategic objectives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, clinical, and administrative leaders to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage business relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective use of applications. Partner with Project Management, Security, and Infrastructure teams on cross-functional initiatives. Facilitate communication between technical staff, vendors, and end users to ensure alignment and transparency. Governance, Compliance, & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and other regulatory or security standards. Maintain adherence to IT governance, change management, and incident management processes. Define and track KPIs related to system uptime, issue resolution, and vendor performance. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. Stay current with technology trends, emerging tools, and best practices in enterprise application management. Minimum Requirements
