Job Description Summary

We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) department, supporting the team in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our projects.
As part of the Operations Team, you will play a key role in managing the full operational cycle (Accounts Payable & Receivable) for our two main entities: C&W (UK) LLP (Professional Services) and Cushman & Wakefield Design & Build Italy S.r.l. (Construction).
Youâ™ll collaborate closely with Project Leaders, Finance, and the broader PDS team to ensure smooth financial processes, accurate reporting, and timely month-end closings â” all while contributing to process improvement initiatives within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP master data and ensure accurate system updates.

• Oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including adjustments and reconciliations.

• Support the review and optimization of business processes.

• Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce).

• Manage payments and monitor collections (debtors list), working closely with the Credit Control Team.

• Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure accuracy and alignment of AP/AR records.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a multinational context.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Previous experience in similar operational or finance-related roles will be considered a plus.
