| Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club is a part of Missionary Athletes International, which is a Gospel-centered ministry that introduces people to Jesus Christ, teaches them to follow Him, and empowers them as leaders through the global environment of soccer. All Charlotte Eagles staff are members of the MAI missionary community and actively participate in the spiritual life of that community and prioritize the ongoing study and growth in the mastery of God’s Word. Across MAI, we are ‘Playing A Game To Change The World’ nationally and internationally. This role contributes to the following Programmatic Pillar(s). POSITION OVERVIEW: The Girls’ Pathway Director is responsible for overseeing that all three MAI missional imperatives (Evangelism, Discipleship, Leadership Empowerment) are being pursued and implemented in all girls’ programming. This position leads ministry efforts and strategy with a plan for prayer, staffing development, and player development. All Eagles staff are members of the Charlotte Eagles community first and are expected to participate in the life of the Charlotte Eagles office as well as pursuing a daily relationship with Jesus, including being a member of a local church. TIME COMMITMENT: The weekly hours commitment above may include duties requiring evening and/or weekend hours which could cause each week's work schedule to look different. As such, your general daytime weekday hours and any evening/weekend should match the total hours figure. Regular communication with your supervisor regarding your weekly schedule is encouraged.

Full Time located in Charlotte

Additional Salary Information: Salary will be based on experience and licensing. Start Date can be extended until May 1st, 2026
