| The Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, under the direction of the Superintendent, oversees the District’s financial, business, and operational functions to ensure strong fiscal management and support high-quality educational services. This role leads budget development, financial planning, accounting, payroll, and business operations; monitors compliance with fiscal laws and policies; supports negotiations with bargaining units; supervises Business Services staff; manages audits and internal controls; and serves as a key advisor to the Superintendent and Board on all business and financial matters. The position also oversees programs such as Food Services, insurance, and school construction financial reporting, while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented approach across the District.
