| The Manager of Business and Operations is a key leadership position within MAASE. This role supports the Executive Director in overseeing the organization’s business functions, financial operations, HR coordination, compliance systems, and organizational infrastructure. The Manager plays both strategic and operational roles—managing long-term financial planning, supporting business model sustainability, coordinating with outsourced HR and accounting partners, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position works closely with the MAASE team, outsourced vendors, and the MAASE Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing complex systems while supporting a remote, mission-driven nonprofit association.
