POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Graduate Admission will play a vital role in the recruitment and enrollment of graduate students at Le Moyne College. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students to a diverse suite of programs including master’s degrees in business, education, arts administration, physician assistant studies, occupational therapy, and nursing; as well as doctoral programs in nursing and executive leadership. The selected candidate will have academic programs of primary focus, but will need to be adaptable to serve as a representative for all graduate programs as needed.
As a leader within the Enrollment Management team, the Assistant Director will work closely with offices including Marketing and Communications, Enrollment Marketing, and Central Processing to design, implement and assess successful marketing efforts, recruitment strategies and maintain data integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to student success, a commitment to working with applicants from diverse backgrounds and competencies to navigate technologies used to support student recruitment and enrollment.

Additional Information: Le Moyne Benefits 403(b) Retirement contribution- (9.5% Employer match) 35 hour work week
Pay Range: $27.50 - $33.00 per hour
