Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: - 10+ years in Architecture with substantial Acute Healthcare Experience, including at least 4 years with AHCA-regulated projects. - Architectural license required - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Strong proficiency in relevant software: Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Products, Newforma, Bluebeam - Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building system, including engineering and medical equipment coordination - Thorough understanding of FGI Guidelines, Building Codes, and industry standards - Ability to travel Why Little: Little is a place where you’ll surround yourself with colleagues who have different areas of expertise, are from different cultures and generations, and embody different talents, experiences and passions.
