POSITION SUMMARY The Sr. Assistant Director will support the career development process of students and alumni through building employer connections for Arts and Sciences students, supporting the Opportunity Programs at Le Moyne (ie: HEOP, CSTEP, and Erie21), and providing individual student coaching. The Assistant Director of Employer Engagement & Student Success will collaborate closely with employers, faculty, other offices, and student clubs/organizations. The Employer Engagement & Career Marketing will put a particular emphasis on supporting and strategizing engagement for the following populations: Arts and Sciences students and BIPOC students, first-generation college students, Pell Grant recipients, student-veterans, LGBTQ+ students, international students, and students with disabilities.
This is a full time 10-month position with an annual work period of August 1 – May 31.

Additional Information: Le Moyne Benefits 403(b) Retirement contribution- (9.5% Employer match) 35 hour work week
Pay Range: $50,339 - $52,000 annually
