| Continental Properties is looking for a Fund Controller to join our Accounting team! Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives working in a dynamic and changing environment. As the Fund Controller, you will oversee the accounting, financial statements, and reporting for Continental’s real estate investment funds. Your responsibilities will include oversight of fund-level reporting and coordination of investor equity contributions and distributions. You will work closely with our third-party fund administrator to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly and learning on the fly. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
