| Henry Ford College presents an opportunity for an Admissions Associate II. The Admissions Associate II will serve as a front-line individual responsible for the review, validation, and entry of student data related to the Admissions process. This position is crucial for initial engagement and service to prospective students applying for admission to the College. This role will focus on Admissions processing, timely and accurate communications, data integrity, fraud identification and prevention, and other responsibilities requiring the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SIS (Student Information System) technologies, as well as other office software and tools. Works both independently and as a team member. Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 p.m.The most successful candidate will have a career that reflects the following competencies and qualifications. However, education, experience, and training that demonstrates proficiency and the ability to perform the essential duties will be evaluated for equivalency to the education, competencies, and experience qualifications listed below.
