| Lucas Systems is seeking an experienced sales leader to develop and own a new logo acquisition strategy that aligns with overall revenue goals and delivers measurable results (e.g., net-new customer growth and expanded market share). The VP of NA Sales will play a critical role in shaping Lucas’ market presence and accelerating revenue growth by: setting the strategic direction for all business development efforts including new and existing accounts; building and mentoring a high-performance sales team; and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers including C-level executives at prospective and existing customers. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Design and lead the execution of a new logo acquisition strategy that accelerates pipeline development and achieves targeted net-new growth objectives. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex consultative selling processes for large, sophisticated accounts. Experience leading and achieving results with a multi-geographic GTM Plan working in concert across the organization orchestrating sales, solutions, engineering and support teams. Implement large account management disciplines along with strategic account and market planning. Team Development: Build, lead, and inspire a team of business development professionals to achieve and exceed ambitious targets. Experience mentoring and coaching dispersed teams with proven results. Targeted Expansion: Identify and prioritize verticals and best-fit opportunities for Lucas; develop go-to-market action plans, create deal win strategies. Executive Engagement: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at prospective and existing customers. Build the Lucas brand through developing mindshare in the customer C-suite resulting in and contributing to positive NPS. Revenue Growth: Drive the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. Partnership: Partner with R&D, Engineering, Solution Consulting, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Experience building partnership strategies that result in enhanced customer experience including identifying, cultivating and implementing partnership strategies. Industry Presence: Represent Lucas at industry conferences, trade shows, and speaking opportunities to elevate brand visibility. Working with Marketing, create a customer advisory/insight panel to ensure ongoing positive customer experience and continuous feedback loop for product roadmap. Forecasting & Reporting: Ensure accurate forecasting and provide regular updates. Demonstrated experience in forecasting pipeline and implementing pipeline discipline/accountability.
