Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Nurse Supervisor of Clinical Operations is a working supervisor responsible for overseeing clinic staff and operations across designated sites within the Division of Allergy & Immunology. This role ensures efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient care, and a positive team culture. The Nurse Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, directs day-to-day clinical operations, and partners with division leadership to implement best practices, maintain compliance, and continuously improve patient and staff experiences. This is a working supervisor position, meaning the Nursing Supervisor will not only lead and manage the team but also staff in clinic as necessary.A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a management or supervisory role as well as consistent relevant experience in an outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will also assist with developing policies and procedures to champion best practices. This position is Monday - Friday with no holidays or weekends.
