| Position Summary Under the general direction of the Management Services Officer (MSO), provide departmental support on all finance, personnel, and administrative matters. Responsible for all phases of Purchasing, Accounts Payable orders, travel and entertainment requests. Serve as UCPath initiator for various employee classes, including staff, academic student employees, visiting scholars, lecturers, and faculty. Manage all facilities and operational requests. Act as the Events coordinator in arranging travel, contacting venues and caterers, and following through to completion. Must be flexible in work hours to ensure for a successful event. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common.
