Position SummaryThe System Supervisor – Talent Acquisition is responsible for supervising Talent Acquisition staff, functions, and policies. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the TA team delivers exceptional customer service, a strong candidate experience, and efficient recruitment operations. The Supervisor leads day to day operations for Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiting Coordinators, providing coaching, insight, and creative solutions related to escalations, planning, and compliance. This position supports the Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of TA in strategy development, retention efforts, hiring plans, and forecasting staffing needs. This highly visible role requires advanced interpersonal skills, critical thinking, public speaking, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Customers include the TA team, leadership at all levels, employees, external partners, and providers.
