System Sr. Director, Revenue Cycle Business Services

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead our billing operations from charge entry to final account resolution—maximizing revenue, strengthening cash flow, and ensuring financial integrity across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle & Managed Care, this leader will oversee billing, data control, customer service, collections, and follow-up teams—shaping processes that ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless patient financial experience.

 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end billing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

• Partner closely with Patient Registration to ensure timely, billable, high-quality data

• Apply Lean Methodology to streamline workflows, remove pain points, and enhance productivity

• Drive performance improvement across revenue cycle functions

• Develop systems integration strategies that improve transparency, timeliness, and cash performance

• Collaborate with HIM, Case Management, Finance, IT, and Clinical teams to reduce denials, resolve issues, and optimize reimbursement

• Ensure strong adherence to regulatory guidelines and payer requirements

• Mentor, grow, and inspire a multi-level team while fostering accountability and engagement
