Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Mid = $108,454.18
Max = $130,145.01

Summary:
The Database Administrator is responsible for database administration and management of servers running InterSystems Cache and Microsoft SQL; understands how Epic software is managed at the system level and how issues relate to the monitoring of database growth, copying Epic environments, and system basics such as printing and user access; has responsibility for ETL processes, high availability of systems, data integrity, ensuring optimum performance, reliability, recover-ability, scalability and stability across databases and servers; maintains knowledge with the creation of Epic Data Courier interfaces, build migration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Performs Epic Cache install and updates (Installation and updates of Intersystems Cache database instances). Performs Epic Cache maintenance (Performs ongoing maintenance and creates documentation for the Intersystems Cache database environments).
• Performs SQL Server install and updates (Installation and updates of Microsoft SQL database instances).
• Performs SQL Server maintenance (Performs ongoing maintenance and creates documentation for the Microsoft SQL database environments).
• Performs Epic Cogito Clarity support/maintenance (Installation and maintenance of Clarity console and ensures ETL runs successfully).
• Performs Epic Data Courier support/troubleshooting (Provides support as needed to ensure Epic build is migrated successfully from development environments to production).
• Performs Third Tier Technical support (Provide technical support as needed when troubleshooting issues within Epic).
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• 3+ years related experience
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE
