FINANCE MANAGER

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – FINANCE MANAGER

The Foresthill Public Utility District (FPUD) is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide Finance Manager services for the District.

Responsibilities include:
• Accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Managing audits and regulatory reporting
• Supporting capital improvement project financial planning
• Providing assistance to the General Manager and Board of Directors
• Ensuring compliance with GASB and GAAP
• Oversight of investment funds and revenue bonds
• Grant coordination and review

Minimum Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Advanced knowledge of GASB & GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
