Distribution Services Representative I

Position Summary
The Distribution Services Representative I provides support for receipt, staging, distribution of supplies and equipment and analyze issues while working with peers in other departments to find a resolution.  

Essential Duties

1. Delivers packages and documents deliveries. Delivers gas cylinders - tanks as needed.
2. Reconciles packing slips to product and staging packages for delivery.
3. Helps with receipts of ad hoc packages. 
4. Supports shipment preparation for couriers or other carriers.
5. Picking up miscellaneous packages including mis-deliveries and returns.
6. Assists with Fixed Assets, to include tracking via spreadsheet and tagging assets of NJH equipment before delivery of fixed asset.
7. Works closely with the finance department to reconcile PO issues.   
8. Works with IS to troubleshoot issues with scanners, printing, and technical issues which results in work stoppage.  

Other Duties

1. Assists other departments with use of the main dock; liaises with Purchasing on delivery issues.

Salary Range: $19.26 - $23.79
