| Academic Senior Advisor - Pre-Health Professions POSITION DETAILS The Academic Senior Advisor will report to the Academic Advising Director in the Pre-Health Advising Office at Hunter College. In this position the advisor will work as a member of the team in the Pre-Health Advising Office to provide advising and application support to approximately 1300 undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students interested in graduate level study for health professions careers, including medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine optometry, and allied health professions. In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, the Academic Senior Advisor for Pre-Health Advising will be responsible for the following duties:

Job Title Name: Senior Academic Advisor CUNY TITLE Higher Education Assistant FLSA Exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $68,364 - $79,598, Salary commensurate with education and experience. ** CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 6.09% with additional increases of 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
