| Position Title: ITS Operations Manager Department: Information Technology Services (ITS) Salary: $64,000 - $66,000 Reports To: Chief Information Officer (CIO) Location: Manhattan University, Riverdale, NY Position Summary: The Office Manager for Information Technology Services (ITS) plays a critical administrative and financial coordination role within Manhattan University’s IT division. This position ensures that all operational, purchasing, and contract-related processes run efficiently and in compliance with university policies. The Office Manager serves as a key liaison between ITS and other University departments, including Procurement, Finance, and General Counsel. Responsibilities: Financial and Contract Management:
