Special Projects Coordinator

Join our dynamic Parks and Recreation team as a Special Projects Coordinator!  We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support administrative functions, manage special projects, and ensure effective operations. Ideal candidates will have experience with technology systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director, this position conducts analytical services and manages special projects while also serving as the administrative support for the Department’s main office. Functions include collaborating with city departments, analyzing performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, developing data-driven recommendations to enhance parks and recreation services and operations and utilizing several software systems.
