| Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions: The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion. POSITION: Delta College seeks a Programs Director to provide programmatic oversight to Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works! team managers, provide strategic direction and implementation support for state driven programs, and to ensure programmatic outcomes goals for all programs are achieved. Successful candidate will be detail oriented and have strong oral and written communication skills. The role requires ability to travel to Michigan Works! service centers and businesses in the Great Lakes Bay Region and beyond to perform job duties. This is a grant funded position.
