| PRESIDENT/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY AT TEE IT UP FOR THE TROOPS Tee It Up for the Troops (TIUFTT) presents a unique and compelling opportunity for a mission-driven, externally focused, and highly capable nonprofit executive to serve as President/Executive Director. This leader will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the organization while serving as its primary ambassador, fundraiser, and operational leader at a national level. The Board’s desire is a President/Executive Director who can successfully grow our current offerings while developing key partnerships and funding to expand programming in direct support of our mission to serve veteran communities. This individual will continually seek ways to improve and innovate, ensuring that TIUFTT remains a leading force in delivering meaningful impact for veterans and their families. The President/Executive Director will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors to advance TIUFTT’s mission, ensure long-term sustainability, and deliver exceptional programs and events that honor and support veterans and their families. This role requires a visible, authentic leader with strong fundraising acumen, event-based operational experience, and the ability to inspire donors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and partners around a shared mission. ABOUT TEE IT UP FOR THE TROOPS Tee It Up for the Troops is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring and supporting military veterans by using the game of golf as a platform to create meaningful impact. Through a series of golf events, partnerships, and community engagement efforts across the country, the organization raises critical funds and awareness for veteran-focused programs that address needs such as housing, employment, mental health services, and family support. Since its founding, Tee It Up for the Troops has built a strong reputation for combining patriotic purpose with professionally run events that bring together veterans, supporters, and sponsors in a powerful and respectful way. Beyond fundraising, Tee It Up for the Troops serves as a connector within the veteran support ecosystem, collaborating with trusted nonprofit partners to ensure resources reach those who need them most. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The President/Executive Director of Tee It Up for the Troops is responsible for leading and executing the strategic direction of the organization. The President/Executive Director will also be responsible for fundraising, major sponsorship recruitment and retention, overseeing operational activities, and implementing plans and policies in partnership with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for serving veterans and their families, visionary leadership, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team. They should have a proven track record of meeting organizational milestones and key performance indicators, experience building strategic partnerships, and familiarity with the golf industry. SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The organization offers an excellent bonus and benefits package. Salary range: $150,000 - $165,000 plus bonus.
