| This role sits at the center of employee and labor relations, supporting the Department of Health’s commitment to fair, consistent, and legally sound people practices. Reporting to the Employee & Labor Relations Manager, this position plays a critical role in conducting complex personnel investigations and supporting labor relations operations that uphold policy, agreements, and standards of conduct across the agency. You will work independently on sensitive, high-impact matters while partnering closely with management, HR consultants, labor relations leadership, unions, and legal counsel. The work is detailed, consequential, and essential to ensuring accountability, clarity, and resolution across the organization. The majority of your work will be focused on conducting personnel investigations, with additional support provided to Labor Relations.
