| The Supervisor of Research Outpatient Pharmacy Operations manages day to day operations and staff of the Research Outpatient Pharmacy and Chestnut Hill Research Pharmacy to ensure high-quality patient care and high-level investigational drug accountability are delivered in compliance with all laws, regulations, and institutional policies and standards. The Supervisor works closely with research pharmacy management team and members of the pharmacy leadership team to coordinate and administer the pharmacy quality assurance and quality control initiatives. The Supervisor is expected to be able to step in, when needed, to carry out all functions of a staff pharmacist or technician. The supervisor is also expected to coordinate the onboarding and training of new staff members and to ensure ongoing training and competency requirements are met in a timely manner. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires a bachelor?s or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited college, at least 5 years of hospital or retail pharmacy experience, including 2 years in oncology and 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is also required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Supervisor of Research Pharmacy Operation supervises pharmacists and technicians. Supervisory responsibilities include but are not limited to participation in the selection / hiring process, scheduling, orienting and training staff and performance management.

For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $154,400.00 - $168,600.00
