SummaryThe Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent - evidence-based care which encompasses all aspects of pre/post and intra procedural care of patients undergoing procedures in the cath/EP labs. The cath lab nurse demonstrates a strong team approach to the nursing process as an integral part of the procedural care team - along with attending physicians - fellows - and students.
