VP Transformation Management

| The VP Transformation Management, is responsible for leading and managing transformation and strategic initiatives within Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Working with the Senior Vice President, Hospital Transformation, the VP Transformation Management operationalizes transformation initiatives set by the Executive Leadership Team. The VP Transformation Management, partners with operational and business leaders on developing strategies for the successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Reporting to the VP Transformation Management are the consulting, governance lead and change management functions. The VP Transformation Management works to ensure these functions are designed and deployed to effectively support the Institute?s operations and business leaders in meeting large scale transformation efforts. Throughout the transformation initiative, the VP Transformation Management works closely with the initiative?s executive sponsors to ensure overall alignment with the goals and objectives of the initiative. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $286,700.00 - $315,500.00
