Observation Unit Opportunities 

Our Observation Unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity?patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Observation Unit leadership team fosters an environment that supports?learning, mentoring, and building every team member.? 

The patient population on our acute care floor can be diverse, encompassing individuals of different ages, genders, cultures, and medical conditions. Typically, patients on this floor require immediate medical attention due to severe illnesses, injuries, or surgical procedures. This may include patients with acute respiratory distress, cardiac emergencies, infections, traumatic injuries, or complications from chronic conditions. In general, the patient population in this department is characterized by a need for medical care and monitoring to stabilize and treat their conditions.
