| Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapists for the Morris Plains Clinical Services Unit. The position will be working approximately 2-day shifts per week - 8:30 - 5pm Monday -Friday. Possible Saturdays. Education: - Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- RRT preferred
- State professional license to provide respiratory care/services to patients in New Jersey
- NY and PA licenses preferred
Requirements: - Knowledge regarding homecare services and third-party reimbursement
- Excellent communication, documentation, customer service, organizational, prioritizing, and critical thinking skills
- Bi-lingual preferred
- To provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement care plans
- Maintain medical records
- Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- CPAP/VPAP set ups in the patient home or office
