For more information about the Haas School of Business visit: https://haas.berkeley.edu/about/ The Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) team at Berkeley Haas engages and cultivates alumni, parents, friends, corporations and foundations to advance the vision and mission of the school, inviting these key constituencies to provide volunteer leadership and make philanthropic investments in support of the school's students, faculty, and programs. The Development team cultivates prospective donors, both nationally and internationally, to inspire transformational gifts in support of Berkeley Haas and provides staff support for high-level volunteer groups, such as the Berkeley Haas Advisory Board. With over 45,000 living alumni, the Alumni Relations team develops and builds greater awareness for career services, lifelong learning, and networking resources to support the engagement, learning, and connectedness of Berkeley Haas alumni. Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Director, Alumni Relations the Associate Director, Alumni Engagement Initiatives supports the development and implementation of alumni engagement programs that connect alumni to volunteer opportunities to deepen their engagement with the Haas School of Business. As the internal coordinator for the Alumni Volunteer Engagement Program Initiative, they match alumni with volunteer requests from faculty, student clubs, Centers and Institutes, and other Haas units. They will also develop, manage, and grow a volunteer database to strengthen alumni volunteer engagement. The Associate Director tracks and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for alumni engagement and identifies new technical efficiencies to improve these processes. Additionally, they contribute to the strategic and operational functions of the Alumni Relations team by supporting the management of MBA reunion volunteers, and serve as the primary contact for alumni inquiries overseeing the alumni@haas inbox and online alumni platforms such as LinkedIn, My Berkeley Online Portal, and CalNet and supporting initiatives that advance Alumni Relations priorities.
