This position contributes to the library's mission of providing exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff by supervising both full-time employees and student assistants, managing user account processes, and ensuring accurate daily staffing schedules. As a key member of the team, the coordinator also serves as the supervisor on duty, ensuring service points are fully staffed, resolving issues promptly, and helping library workflows start smoothly each week.
