The Database Manager plays a critical role in strengthening Bosque School’s fundraising, engagement, and reporting efforts by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of advancement data. As the backbone of the Philanthropy Office’s information systems, this position manages the school’s advancement database, supports gift processing and acknowledgement workflows, produces reports and analytics, and maintains systems that track donor engagement and prospect activity. This role enables data-driven decision-making and supports meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, families, and community partners. RESPONSIBILITIES Database Administration & Data Integrity
