| Professional School Executive Chief Diversity Officer/ Assistant Administrator (Extended and Revised) POSITION DETAILS The City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy (SPH) and School of Professional Studies (SPS) are seeking a Chief Diversity Officer (CDO). The CDO will lead the Schools? Office of Diversity and Compliance and serve as the Title IX Coordinator and the Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Coordinator. Reporting to the SPH and SPS Deans and in collaboration with the campus? Legal Counsel and Labor Designee, Offices of Human Resources, Academic and Student Affairs; and the CUNY Office of the General Counsel (OGC) and Center for Inclusive Excellence and Belonging (CIEB), the CDO is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programmatic, training and compliance activities in accordance with federal, state, local and University policies and initiatives, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity with students, faculty, and staff. QUALIFICATIONS This position is in CUNY's Executive Compensation Plan. All executive positions require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience. Additional qualifications are defined below. Preferred Qualifications:
