They are responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to administer all Federal Title IV programs, Massachusetts state aid programs, and institutional funds, with a commitment to compliance, accuracy, and ethical stewardship of funds, which include MassEducate and MassReconnect. The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000. In addition, Mount Wachusett Community College employees are eligible for a comprehensive suite of benefits (see MWCC's Division of Human Resources and Payroll website).
